Tables from the Brass and Wood Atelier

Tables anchor every room in a classical interior. Our collection covers the family: low coffee tables (round, oval, rectangular) with marble or marquetry tops; tall console tables for hallways and behind sofas; side tables for sofa-arm height; TV media units with cable management and soft-close drawers; entryway pieces with drawer storage; serving tables and tea trolleys on lockable casters for receiving guests. Frames are hand-carved beech or walnut, finished gilt-and-cream, ivory-and-gold, or aged-patina. Tops are Italian Carrara marble, Egyptian Sinai marble, or solid wood with hand-laid marquetry. Each table is built one at a time; matching pieces commissioned years later still align in finish and proportion.

14-day returns. If the piece doesn't work for your room, it comes back.

Common questions

What's the difference between a console table and an entryway table?

Console tables are narrow (25-40cm deep) and meant to sit against a wall — entryway, hallway, behind a sofa. Entryway tables are similar but often have a drawer or shelf for keys/mail. Both work in classical interiors as anchor pieces.

Are the marble inlays on coffee tables real marble?

Yes — Italian Carrara, Botticino, or Egyptian Sinai marble inlaid into solid wood. Each slab cut and polished in our atelier. Veining is natural; no two pieces identical.

Can I commission a custom-size dining or TV unit?

Yes. 6-10 weeks lead. Send room dimensions and we draft proportions — TV opening width, drawer count, etc. We match an existing finish if you have one.

Do TV units have cable management?

Yes — rear panels have cable cutouts and ventilation. Drawer slides are soft-close. Designed for daily use, not just decoration.
