Drawing from the sumptuous interiors of Versailles and the grand salons of 18th-century France, this tea trolley embodies the playful yet refined aesthetic of the Louis XV Rococo period. Sinuous cabriole legs, serpentine aprons, and lavishly ornamental bronze work recreate the golden age of French decorative arts — now handcrafted in Cairo by Brass & Wood master artisans.
The frame is constructed from solid mahogany dressed in a rich, book-matched mahogany veneer with a deep lacquered finish that glows with warmth. Three removable trays are fitted with blush-pink glass panels framed in polished gilt brass, while the central tiered étagère is crowned with an intricate openwork gilt bronze foliate mount — each acanthus scroll and volute individually hand-chased to crisp definition.
Every cabriole leg terminates in a delicate gilt sabbot foot. Floral ormolu cartouches accent the apron and the stretcher medallion, and the entire bronze suite is finished in a warm antique gilt to harmonise with the mahogany grain. The result is a functional work of art equally at home in a classical drawing room, a luxury hotel lobby, or a collector's private gallery.
