Every surface follows the same governing curve: the drawer fronts bow outward, the sides billow, the serpentine apron flows into four slender cabriole legs finished in gilded sabots. Materials & Craftsmanship
The carcass is built from Romanian solid redwood seasoned to below 10% humidity — the structural backbone that keeps joinery tight across decades of seasonal change. Over this, skilled craftsmen have laid a bookmatched parquetry veneer in warm mahogany, the grain chevrons meeting precisely at the center of each drawer front to create a mirror-pattern that catches light from every angle. The high-gloss lacquered finish amplifies the depth of the wood, lending the surface an almost liquid quality. At the top, a shaped brown marble slab — its veining in rose, cream, and warm amber — follows the contoured plan of the case, its serpentine edge echoing the curves below.
