Born from the 18th-century European fascination with Chinese decorative arts, this cachepot collection unites the delicate artistry of blue-and-white porcelain with the grandeur of European ormolu-style mounts. Sweeping branches of peonies, lotus buds, and scrolling foliage dance across each piece, evoking the romance of the Far East while speaking the formal language of European salon décor.
The vessel body is crafted from high-fired white porcelain, hand-decorated with cobalt-blue chinoiserie motifs under a clear glaze. The footed base and sculptural ram's-head ring handles are cast in solid brass and finished in a warm antique-brass patina, complete with acanthus-leaf detailing and claw feet that root each piece with architectural presence.
Available as a set of three graduated sizes — small, medium, and large (38 cm H × 43 cm W) — this collection allows for striking layered arrangements in entrance halls, living rooms, or garden rooms. Use them as statement planters, champagne coolers, or purely as sculptural objets d'art. Each piece is handcrafted by Brass & Wood artisans in Egypt, ensuring that no two are identical.
